As residents of the Wharncliffe estate, we are deeply concerned about the proposed development under Planning Application 233880FUL. This proposal directly affects all households in our immediate area and fails to consider or respect the concerns we have repeatedly voiced. Our community is not against development, but it needs to be inclusive and respectful of our neighbourhood's character.

The proposed development is entirely out of sync with the style of housing in our area. It threatens to increase traffic, congestion and hazards at the junction entering our estate - a risk that has been largely overlooked in planning discussions. Moreover, there is a glaring omission of social housing within this proposal despite its proximity to Ealing Hospital.

We believe that any new developments should contribute positively towards the community they're built within. In this case, it's clear that more thought needs to go into how this project can better serve all residents - including those who rely on social housing.
