Hastings Borough Council as a Local Planning Authority will be defending their decision made by the Planning Committee to reject the application.

”We have been notified by the Planning Inspectorate that they have received a valid appeal for Newts Way. They are currently waiting for a suitable Planning Inspector to become available. Once they can appoint an Inspector the appeal will be allocated a named case officer who will write to us to start the appeal and set out details of the timetable and procedure. They will also confirm when the Inspector’s site visit/hearing will take place.”
