Residents of Oak Springs mobile home community, WANT new and/or other internet company options, in their homes! Residents WANT fiber optic options! Residents WANT Comcast Xfinity!

It's been over 90 days that Oak Springs MHC LLC, and the management team, have physically had an internet agreement with Comcast Xfinity to bring fiber optic services to its residents and have not signed it! 

We the residents are demanding that Oak Springs MHC LLC, sign the agreement between the property of the mobile home park community, located at 12 Highland Street in Sorrento, County of Lake, State of Florida, 32776 and Comcast Xfinity New Service Development.

This agreement is to bring fiber optic and faster internet service OPTIONS to its residence!

The office has fiber optic services through Comcast Xfinity! 

THE RESIDENTS WANT IT TOO!

Let THE RESIDENTS CHOOSE what type of services they want and who they'd like to pay for services!

THE RESIDENTS are the ones who pay for their own services in their homes, it's NOT included in the lot rent! There is NO community wifi or free internet wifi even in the clubhouse! Although... on every persons internet connection available list, it says, "Oak Springs Guest"... so why is it password protected? Why even have it show as an available Xfinity wifi option if you're going to password protect it?

The RESIDENTS pay their own service bills, so why should the park community or property owners, limited liability corporation, have any say on WHO we use for services? 

Sign this petition and tell them:

☆THEY SHOULDN'T be the ones choosing who,THE RESIDENTS, choose as a provider!

☆THEY SHOULDN'T be the ones choosing what type of services,THE RESIDENTS, want and pay for!

☆THEY SHOULDN'T withhold, refuse, ignore or dismiss, the SIGNING of ANY service provider agreements with options for services based off -"their personal experience"- or- their "current service issues".

☆ Let THE RESIDENTS choose!

If THE RESIDENTS choose to change, contract, downgrade or upgrade, transfer with or without penalties, obtain or discontinue services...                                        THAT IS THE RESIDENT'S RIGHT! 

IF the services aren't what they're advertised to be, at least THE RESIDENT'S have a choice! And if the agreement is signed, Oak Springs did their part!

If the problems with services are caused by the property owners of Oak Springs, then, it would be Oak Springs responsibility to solve the issue for lot rent paying RESIDENTS. However, if the problem is with the service provider, lines in and on personal property, equipment issues, satellite issues, etc. those types of issues are solely,  the homeownwers responsibility to figure out with whomever THE RESIDENTS CHOSE as their service provider.

Comcast Xfinity claim to provide faster speeds, better connectivity, fewer drops, black outs, and signal losses! No more jammed signals causing upload and download speeds to vary! Let the customer,  themselves, IE: THE RESIDENTS, in Oak Springs have options beyond the very few options available to them right now!

If the management wants to stop the constant complaints that are coming from the residents, then they should present this easy solution and encourage the LLC to sign the agreement, they have in hand, allowing THE RESIDENTS the option to pay for services provided by Comcast Xfinity. 

Let THE RESIDENTS choose!

Withholding available services from THE RESIDENTS but having those optional services in the office, isn't acceptable to the residents anymore! 

THE RESIDENTS SIGNING THIS PETITION WANT THE COMCAST XFINITY SERVICE AGREEMENT SIGNED BY THE OAK SPRINGS MHC LLC IMMEDIATELY!
