We've gained over 12,000 signatures so far, and still counting!  Some folks have seen the artist's rendering of what the Mill COULD look like with the dam removed and the 'riffle' installed along with a sketched field of wild flowers, however, the perspective shown in that widely distributed rendering isn't even physically possible, and it is NOT what Salt Creek would look like at the site of the current dam.  Here is a photograph of AN ACTUAL INSTALLATION of a riffle on the West branch of the DuPage River in Warrenville.  This is much closer to what Salt Creek would become.  If you haven't yet signed OR SHARED the petition, please consider doing so....
