On Saturday the 2nd of October 2021, the Freedoms and Rights coalition event was held.

This was a peaceful family stand held in accordance with Part 2 of the Bill of Rights Act, Democratic & Civil Rights Sections 16 & 18(1).

16: "Freedom of peaceful assembly". Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly.
18: "Freedom of movement".
(1) Everyone lawfully in New Zealand has the right to freedom of movement and residence in New Zealand.

All involved were aware of the COVID-19 Level 3 Lockdown restrictions and it was the individuals responsibility to comply with these.

Please show your support to send the message that Brian Tamaki should not be charged for the actions of all who attended the stand and that we have a right to peacefully assemble in NZ
