Due to the rising number of Chained Dogs, Missing Dogs, Dumped Dogs, Puppy Milling and neglected Pets, New Zealand has stepped up a need for rescues, rehoming and fostering, who all struggle needlessly.  Why, because the law allows All Sentinel Animal Abuse by treating these lives as worthless,  it is archaic,  and indecent in this Era. The average general public work tirelessly to reunite, donate,  and weep for this meaningless bad behavior. 

We demand that the Government,  we pay to write laws and legislation to right the wrongs of our land, include the Four Legged  not just the tax payer.

We want Fines, Bans from Reowning and Substantial Jail Sentences for All Animal Abusers Now.
