I want to ban the fishing nets around the west coast of the north island.

The nets causes of huge problem. The problem being that Maui dolphins get stuck in them.

Maui dolphins are only found on the west coast of the north island. They have a very unique black and white pattern. They are the smallest dolphins on earth and they are around 1.5 meters long.

With these amazing animals our ecosystem will be out of balance. The dolphins get caught in the nets witch is why I want to ban them.

There are all ready net bans in some parts but we need to move them out further out to Sea and the bans aren't even Being enforced.
