Wesam Abdel, of central New York, is conducting a puppy mill scheme where dogs are illegally bred, bought and sold without knowing the background/genetics of the breeds and is selling them at unreasonably high prices of 5k without paperwork. This falls under what is known as "puppy laundering" and is HIGHLY illegal along side with animal cruelty. Puppy mills often use this as a way to market off dogs and sell for higher prices. The problem, alongside with the money scandal, is these puppies are potentially crossbred with other breeds that could give rise to early fatalities due to lack of knowledge in crossbreeding of the puppies parents. It is the background of puppy mills that we don't see this side of and NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. Animal cruelty is a HUGE problem in the United States and this man, Wesam Abdel, is part of the issue.

Signing this petition will help reach the NYS Police Department, the governor and the International Animal Rescue service in hopes to stop this form puppy laundering and animal cruelty from Wesam Abdel.
