Stop students from saying/acting on racial slurs! GIVE STUDENTS CONSEQUENCES FOR THEIR RACIAL HATE CRIMES! Give people of color the protection we deserve. Students being racist is 1 topic. However, that’s not all this is about. It’s about us PEOPLE OF COLOR not having LAWS to protect and keep us safe. Beyond all laws made to “protect” and keep U.S. citizens “safe”, people of color are yet still CONSTANTLY attacked whether that be physically or verbally. Create a law to protect and keep people of color safe. Create a law standing WITH us people of color letting us know YOU’VE GOT OUR BACKS. Make a law where students of color no longer have to be uncomfortable and scared to go to school- because of racial hate crimes. Make a law where people of color no longer have to be scared walking past a group of white people. TAKE ACTION! LET US KNOW THAT WE ARE SAFE HERE, LET US KNOW THAT WE ARE PROTECTED.
