"Time is Relative.

What does a Judge consider,  when sentencing an individual to a prison sentence? The relevancy of Time and the consequences of that Time on the accused and their loved ones? The Impact of that TIME ; Mentally, Physically on the Incarcerated?

I believe TIME is Relative and Must be considered at every stage of Sentencing.  Without this concept being part of the process , one cannot fathom the consequences of Time and its Relativity.
