We all have the right to our own sovereignty when it comes to our body, speech, and overall well-being. Full stop.

This bill is full-fledged tyrannical, as it essentially removes all of your rights and puts them in the hands of the governor or his delegees (ie the health commissioner) who the State will claim have your best interests at heart.

The bill is so vague that it seems many details are left to the discretion of the health commissioner. Essentially, the health commissioner is given the power to be judge, juror, and executioner over you, without you having a say.

Here’s how the bill summary reads:

AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation  to  the  removal  of cases,  contacts  and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health

The bill states that its provisions shall be utilized in the event that the governor     declares a state of health emergency due to an epidemic of any communicable disease. 

The bill goes onto line out that the “the governor or his or her delegee, including, but not limited to the commissioner or the heads of local health departments” may  “order the removal and/or detention of such a person or of a group of such persons by issuing a single order” if it is determined through “clear and convincing evidence that the health of others is or may be endangered by a case, contact or carrier” after consultation with the health commissioner.

In a nutshell: should this bill be implemented, the health commissioner would take over all of your rights-- as you could be detained and treated, to include forced vaccinations, in accordance with the health commissioners’ opinion and directive.
