In the hours of the thirteenth of February, 2016, Spike, a young pit bull was shot in cold blood by Ruben Cuesta while posing no threat whatsoever to the NYPD cop. Spike came out of his owners flat during their weekly 'dancing' ritual, wagging his tail at the officer, who then took the irrational decision of killing Spike. Why do I care? I care because this could be anybodies dog. This could've been my dog shot dead. It could have been yours.  So please, lets unite together, and send a message that we won't take this anymore. Police shouldn't be able to draw their handgun that quick, especially on something/someone that poses NO threat to him.
