My name is Dawn Bluford and my 15 year-old son, Jeremiah Draper, was murdered May 17, 2019. The reason why I am starting this petition is because NYCHA provides minimal next to security for it's tenants. The security that is provided for us are security cameras. These cameras are either not working or are covered up by the construction mesh. This allows criminals unsurmountable access to the tenants and their families. Sign the petition. Help me help us. This is just a stepping stone to our safety and the safety of our children,  and the safety of the community.
