Isis Melina Vernon had been residing with her grandmother Mary Rodriguez at 44 Marcus Garvey Blvd Apt #3E Brooklyn, NY 11206 since 2013 due to an unforeseeable accident which I Kimberly Leon had not been able to care for Isis.  During this time, Isis had completed early intervention (A program that was needed to provide services due to her autism diagnosis in 2013) in the summer of 2015 and began going to PS141K located at 370 Marcy Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11206in September 2015 (which has the programs needed as stated on her IEP). As well as had and continues to have home services provided to her. 

My mom passed away in May of 2019 and my brother (Isis’ uncle) Israel Montanez took over as the lease of the apartment.  However, at the end of June of this year; Israel stated he no longer wanted to live in the apartment at the same time he agreed to put me and my daughter on the lease.  He phoned me saying that by the 31st of July my daughter has to find a new place to live. 

Due to Covid-19 causing schools to be shut down to further notice; this is the 2nd major event to turn Isis life upside down (my mother’s death was the first).  Although, due to remote learning, (which hasn’t been an easy task for Isis) she has begun to regressed with some of daily basic needs.  Forcing a move out of the only stable environment that she has grown to know isn’t in the best interest for Isis.  Would you please provide your signature and email (if you feel comfortable providing it as well), to help Isis to maintain her residence at 44 Marcus Garvey Blvd Apt 3E Brooklyn, NY 11206?
