City Island Ferry Hearing Tomorrow!

Tomorrow, the New York City Council will have a hearing on Intro. 1032, a bill that would require a study of the suitability of a City Island Ferry.  If such a site is suitable on City Island, it would require a peer be constructed within a years time and the ferry route extended.
