NY1 television stories about the taxi stand problem

NY1 news channel recently televised two stories about the taxi stand problem. Below are links to the stories. Also, FYI, a freedom of information law request to the Dept of Transportation, asking them for any report or study that was done regarding alternative locations for the taxi stand, came back stating there is zero documentation of any report or study. But the DOT claimed that they investigated the issue and there was no viable alternative location for the taxi stand.
