For decades, 9th Avenue has served as the main source of parking for Broadway employees at work. Up until last month, Broadway employees had a safe and affordable option for parking along the avenue after 7pm, however with the new regulations imposed by NYC DOT this is no longer a viable option. The new regulations negatively affect thousands of employees who are trying to earn an honest living during already tough economic times.
