The DOT and DSNY want to close the streets of the Whitestone Village (No Parking) every Monday and Friday from 12am to 3am for street cleaning. This includes 14th Avenue from the Cross Island Pkwy to Clintonville and 150th Street from the Cross Island Pkwy to Cherry Valley. This will not only affect the businesses and residents of the Whitestone Village itself, but will cause for parking issues for all the residential blocks surrounding the Whitestone Village.

This decision was made without consulting the residents and business owner of the area. Help us stop this new rule from going into effect until our voices are heard! Lets come up with a better solution that will not be so problematic for the residents and business owners.
