Would like to turn Seaview ave secondary name into “ Bashar “ Pop Smoke” Jackson way. Pop Smoke was a hometown hero of Canarsie. Seaview runs adjacent to east 92nd and Canarsie park both where Pop Smoke Stomping grounds.
