Post animals that are up for murder a week in advance so they can be saved.

The Issue

This is important because they currently only give 2 hours for them to be saved and you have to go through a process that takes that long or longer. Plus you have to do a phone interview and they expect you to be up all night so they can do it in the middle of the night. They just murdered a cat today (7/30/12) that i was trying to rescue, because i live out of state and couldn't show up in person. This MUST stop! Let's get as many signatures as possible to show them we are NOT messing around with lives like they are!
