Late last night, Bill A.10763 stalled in the New York Assembly on the last day of the New York Legislative Session. But don't give up! This is only the beginning. In a push to see the bill pass the New York Assembly when the session begins in January 2019, our #LetsTalkPeriod campaign will continue advocating in New York and for similar legislation across the country.
