Palomino Park, located at 6700 Palomino Parkway in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, offers resort-style living to its residents in an attractive, gated community in Douglas County. Palomino Park advertises unique amenities, accessible only to the residents of the community and their guests and is closed to the public.
 
The residents of Palomino Park pay a premium as compared to other communities in the area for resort-style living, and this petition is designed to notify the master homeowner association, (the "PPOA") of the residents' desire to reintroduce its most valued amenity, the Cafe` at Palomino Park.
 
As of the date of this petition, the Cafe` has been closed for approximately 18 months.  While the residents of this community have eagerly anticipated the reopening of this amenity, we have received limited information to explain why this amenity continues to remain closed or any timeline as to when this amenity will reopen.
 
We, the undersigned residents of Palomino Park call on the PPOA to reintroduce this valued amenity without further unnecessary delay, as the Cafe` is of utmost importance to our exclusive community and is one of the many reasons we chose to make this community our home.
