A Fair Chance for Hajj 2025

Why This Matters
For us, Hajj is not just a journey—it is a sacred obligation, a lifelong dream, and a deeply spiritual calling. Many of us have spent years preparing, saving, and praying for the chance to fulfill this once-in-a-lifetime duty. We followed every step carefully, ensuring we met the requirements and were ready when the time came to book through Nusuk.

But when the booking phase opened, thousands of us faced technical failures—website crashes, login errors, payment failures, and an unresponsive system. We watched in frustration and heartbreak as packages disappeared while we were stuck refreshing a broken system.

We were not late. We were not unprepared. We did everything right—yet we were left behind because of a system failure, not our own mistakes.

Now, there is no official update on an additional phase or increased quota. For many of us, the doors to Hajj 2025 have been unfairly closed.

What We Are Demanding
We, the affected pilgrims and supporters, urge the Saudi Hajj authorities and Nusuk Hajj to take immediate action by:

1-Opening an additional phase to accommodate those who were unfairly impacted.
2-Increasing the Hajj quota to ensure more pilgrims can fulfill their obligation.
3-Ensuring a fair booking process by improving the system to prevent future technical failures.
4-Waiving all service and other charges for those who were unable to secure a package due to system errors—no one should bear extra costs for a failure beyond their control.

Why This Is Important
Hajj is not just another trip—it is a pillar of Islam, a sacred obligation, and a moment we have prayed, planned, and sacrificed for. The disappointment, frustration, and distress we feel cannot be ignored. This is not just a personal issue—it has affected thousands of us.

We call on all fellow pilgrims, community leaders, and the global Muslim community to stand with us and demand a fair resolution.
