There is a rising concern of both vaccinated and unvaccinated healthcare professionals that the larger/largest unions are remaining apathetic when it comes to thousands of it's paying members being sacked for not wanting to have the covid 19 vaccination. 

We do not feel represented as a population who have been paying for representation and our job security is at risk. Vaccinated clinicians are under high levels of stress due to additional impending staff shortages. Good will within the NHS is crumbling. 

Basic medical ethics are fundamental in patient care and the codes of conduct which include upholding people's human rights and respecting an individual's wish to decline treatment. 

Healthcare professionals are human too and should be given that same respect without coercion or blackmail.
