Nullify Emergency Order 100 and Reseat a DeJure Congress
The Issue
Every day, I, along with countless Americans, find ourselves subjugated by what many of us perceive as a form of military rule that has governed our nation for over a century. The unanswered questions surrounding the legitimacy of our current governing structures pique our curiosity and demand a closer inspection. Why, for instance, do all countries seem obligated to pay taxes to the IRS, an entity that many believe should be limited to American jurisdiction?
At the heart of this concern is Emergency Order 100, enacted on March 27th, 1861, and response to being the dissolution of Congress on March 28th, 1861, events that altered the very fabric of our national governance. These actions coincided with a pivotal moment in American history when four additional states joined the southern cause, further dividing the nation. The implications of these events are profound, suggesting a transition from a republic to a corporate democracy operating as an entity under a military overseer. This shift, unnoticed by many, has resulted in decades of governance that may not fully reflect the will of the people.
The Articles of Confederation, adopted by the First Continental Congress, laid the foundation of a union under God, fought for and preserved through blood, sweat, and tears. Yet today, this vision appears obscured by layers of bureaucracy and a possible erosion of our foundational rights. To address these concerns, we must question the authenticity of our current structure and seek to restore the vision of a DeJure Congress, a Congress that truly represents the people, free from the constraints of perceived corporate and military influences. (In the Articles of Confederation, What is the "Style"?)
By nullifying Emergency Order 100 and reseating a DeJure Congress, we aim to reclaim our independence as a nation upholding the principles of Liberty and Honor, ensuring that our governing bodies act only with the consent of the governed. This action would not only restore faith in our national institutions but also reaffirm our commitment to a government of, by, and for the people. Stand with us in demanding transparency and the restoration of our rightful governance.
Sign this petition to initiate meaningful change and help reshape the course of our American Republic for future generations.
