The neighborhood of Carolina is in a rural area the nearest town is 10 mi away besides the fact that I don't think you can get a business license to run a vicious dog breeding business and a residential area and because of the multiple dogs fenced in close proximity to one another the odor is magnified as you would smell at a racetrack for horses and the noise of The barking exceeds the time allowed by state law which is 10:30 for noise pollution it also violates the law in West Virginia of nuisance the dogs prohibit any activity on or around the neighbors property as soon as you open the door and come on on your front or back porch or walk down to your yard they continuely aggressively bark which causes fear of imminent danger because they have escaped the fence many many times and these barking dogs can be heard all over the radius of Carolina which is about a mile in circumference and more than one neighbor is complaining about this, it keeps us up at night, some work, some are elderly & handicap which have to get up very early with no sleep at night especially Sunday morning, this is a great burden for all The residence of Carolina because of the barking dogs: At this point we are all weary from the chaos of the noise pollution.. all hours of night and Day... Also animal rights concern as they are walking around in their own feces...
