Recently , Across India 16 lakh aspirants appeared for NEET UG (2021) Entrance Exams on 12th of September 2021. Despite difficulties and the ongoing Pandemic Situation the exam was held. Soon after exam, rumours were spreading that NEET paper has leaked. However Paper was not leaked but there were cases of cheating or Malpractice. The agency responsible for conducting the entrance exam also agreed and said that. All the Students responsible for cheating and malpractice were identified and their candidature cancelled. 

Recently , a bunch of students has filed a petition in Supreme Court of India demanding cancellation of Exams which is grave injustice to the hardworking and serious Students who have worked hard for many years to appear in this exam. 

We demand the exam should not be cancelled because: 

1) The Exam was conducted smoothly and without any reports of malpractice in majority of India

2) 16th lakh students can't go through the same stress again. Mental health would be severely affected

3) Students who wish to study MBBS abroad their academic year has already begun and by cancelling NEET , their academic year would be affected.

4) A lot of students travel long distances to reach the center. 

5) Majority of Students who are Serious and hardworking don't support this.                               6) Many Activists and Lawyers have looted the students by charging lakhs of money from them and then not responding to their queries.

7) Already session is too late. Our country is gearing up to prepare for 3rd wave of Corona virus and conducting of exam would not be fair

8) Students are often referring to paper as leak but leak if we see means large scale distribution of Papers before exam is conducted. There was no case of leak. Cheating/Malpractice happened on a very low scale and that too all of them arrested.

9) We also request NTA to speed up the process of Result declaration.
