We pay full fare to NSW transport for travelling on bus and train to get us on time from one place to another. But more than 70% of the time the buses are running late as a result we get delayed for our meetings and appointments. I personally feel we should get reimbursed and should not be charged full fare for trips like these. Sometimes when you have to take bus and train (trying to catch the train in offpeak fare) you are unable to do so as the bus is late as not out of choice you end up paying peak rate for trains because you scanned your opal card after offpeak time was changed.
