Remove Our Dead names from Police and Church records!

Remove Our Dead names from Police and Church records!
The issue
Rev Comrade Rowley is a CLACCA ULC Sydney ordained transgender male asexual Forgotten Australian liberation theologian Queensland born out adultery and poverty survivor of institutionalized church and state abuse since about the 12 November 1978 under Section 85 of the Queensland Children's Services Act of 1965. Under this legislation and other transphobic, TERF child abuse legislation, he was dead named, stolen from his family, denied his Australian citizenship rights, and placed in abusive care by St James Anglican Church Kingston Queensland, the police, Queensland DOCS, and has had to fight for his rights ever since.
Queensland births deaths and marriages have legally recognized who Rev is and have legally removed his dead name and misgendering from his legal ID records but the NSW Police refuse to comply with Queensland legislation. Meanwhile, the Anglican Church in Queensland took 43 years to issue Rev's 1978 infant baptism certificate in Rev's legal name. Legislation change is needed in NSW Parliament to tell the police and churches to comply with births, deaths, and marriages legislation remove dead names and misgendering from their church and state records so that trans and gender diverse people like Rev no longer have to suffer being denied their human rights by the police and transphobic individuals from religious institutions, workplaces, schools, the medical system, and any other organization as no transgender person should have to wait decades of our lives for legal or religious transgender recognition according to our wishes.
