Snowy Mountains Brumby Sustainability and Management Group and snowy brumby supporters petition the Hon. Minister for the Environment, Mark Speakman and NSW Parliament to suspend the 2016 NPWS winter snowy brumby trap/slaughter programme in Kosciuszko National Park until the  Draft Plan of Management for KNP is released and public submissions that supports the identification of a sustainable population of snowy brumbies resident within KNP and protected by legislation have been submitted for consideration by the Independent Technical Reference Group.
