We the undersigned believe insufficient leadership is being displayed that will help eliminate the pain and suffering being inflicted on pigs by pork producers in New South Wales by way of teeth cutting, ear notching and tail cutting without pain relief and through keeping pigs in crowded and unsanitary farrowing crates and sow stalls.

We respectfully request the Legislative Council to urge the Government to urgently review legislation that has, or should be, enacted to protect pigs from this treatment by pork producers.
