I wish to put a quick stop to Australian pet shops supporting pupping farming.

Recently I went through a personal investigation and pretended to be a customer for pet shops selling pure bred dogs - Dachshunds especially. 
Several of these pet stores 'claim' to have purchased from a breeder, been fully vet checked and PRA tested which is a huge ideal for the Dachshund breed yet they have no proof of those tests being done, no documentation and then thinking its okay to charge the public $6,500 for a pup with no proof/documentation of health checks.

There is a huge difference to compassionate breeders and money hungry breeders.
Compassionate breeders are purely breeding for the passion of the blood line that they hold, better the breed due to how pure it is, don't wear out there bitch because they actually have love for her and take the time to investigate potential future owners before selling their pups.

Money hungry breeders, don't care about blood lines, don't care about the purity of the breed, don't care about the welfare of the bitch and as soon as the litter is old enough they cash in by dumping them at pets shores then those pet stores charge the public enough to cover both costs (breeders charge to store and store charge to public) This is the definition of AUSTRALIA SUPPORTING PUPPY FARMING.

1. It is wrong to keep puppies and kittens trapped in clear see through boxes with little air holes in them for the duration of the daily trading period.
&
2. It is wrong to support puppy farmers who don't care about the welfare of their litters and bitches, if they did they wouldn't dump them in pet stores.
