The Mambo Wetlands contain 179 hectares of wetlands, we have 300 species of vegetation, 30 different native mammals, 18 types of frogs, 20 different reptiles and 140 different birds.  The sale of this land could result in a push to rezone and damage or remove habitat of already vulnerable animals, eg. Koalas and the Powerful Owl.
