We are going gangbusters with our petition now at over 1300 signatories. Huge effort! Just a bit of housekeeping to ensure we submit the strongest petition possible. The Developers claim that 90% of Culburra residents and ratepayers want this development to go ahead. To show this is not true, you need to put your suburb and postcode on the petition when you sign. If you don't, it will automatically default to Sydney or Australia. Yes, this is a state environment issue so overall numbers are important, but Shoalhaven residents and ratepayers can make a bigger impact and we can use the final numbers in our submissions to the NSW Land & Environment portal.  Spread the word!

This appeal is a test case. If they win, the area will be rezoned and the Shoalhaven Council have said that it will open the door to other Halloran Trust developments in Cuburra.
