I've just seen on the news that a Newcastle man Benjamin Batterham had his home invaded by a criminal who just got out of jail - apparently he found him near his baby’s room at 3:30am. Benjamin chased him down and tackled him to the ground, where he was held until police arrived - he later died in hospital.

Now Benjamin is being charged with MURDER, for protecting his home and family! What are you supposed to do, lay down and die and let unspeakable things happen to your loved ones while you wait for the police?

Homeowners should be able to defend their families from criminals who break into their homes - and Benjamin should be released now!!!
