My 9 year old autistic son who has learning disabilities got physically abused by his father last year. 
his father strangled him multiple times, threw him from room to room by his throat. Hit him with a bar, punched him in the face, he flushed his head down the toilet, put the shower hose In his mouth & turned the shower on. My son also suffered with a burn to his back (his father & his partner blamed that on my son saying he must of walked into a cigarette!!)
he was severely neglected, wasn’t allowed to have meals so he lost significant amount of weight. He was made to sleep on a mattress on the floor in the hall way & he also had his arms & legs tied together with electrical tape & cable ties. These are only a few things my son had to endure with my 6 year old daughter witnessing a lot of it! 
this case was meant to be going to crown court, however the day before a preliminary hearing, the investigating officer phoned my family up to say the whole case has been dismissed & not going to court because CPS thinks my children will be “torn apart” in court. CPS also says it isn’t in the public’s best interest to prosecute this ‘man’ because the case has been opened for over a year!  
my son is now under the impression that the police & relevant people don’t believe him & his his abuser is still walking the streets! 
I want to start this petition because no one listens. The authorities hasn’t done their job properly & as a result my children are at risk yet again!
I’m hoping to get enough signatures, Publicise this low life & get my son justice one way or another! Children are not listened to, they have a voice & they deserve to be heard!
