Help me and all the Laat Waai Pappagai Members and birds enthusiasts sign this petition for SPCA's to stop euthanizing the exotic birds living in South Africa and give them a chance to live. Sadly there a LOTS of birds that a rescued either from an incompetent breeder or an import industry but they are being euthanized. Help us make the differences in those birds lives. To enforce the law on all breeders by having the correct knowledge and permits as well as giving the birds already here in South Africa a chance to live and find new safe homes.
