The Election procedure of "NRNA Australia Election 2019-2021" hasn't been conducted as per the NRNA Austalia Constitution neither did the current executive committee responded to the concern raised by (its team) executive committee member as well as NRNA Australia member about membership fraud, unconstitutional practice and decision of current executive committee. We have been raising the concern and calling for attention from executives for answers on constitutional procedure and misconduct, which has never been address or acknowledged by NRNA Australia as well as the Current NRNAA Election Commission.

The Election Result of "NRNA Australia 2019-2021" has irregularities in the number  of vote cast and number of votes received by each candidates, where the total doesn't add up. The published result by election commission is not the voting system generated result rather it is a result made-up in the word file under the letter head of voting service provider company, Vero Voting. We cannot rely on the result that is not system generated.It leaves enough room for result manipulation, which is evident from the number of votes missing in the result published by NRNAA Election commission.To find the correct election result and to penalise the party involved in corruption and manipulation of the results, we demand NRNA Australia executive committee to engage an independent third party data forensic company to investigate the voting service provider's system  and vote cast data to make sure no data manipulation has been done during election process as well as result generation process to favor a specific group of candidates.

The Bulk SMS message sent to NSW Members on election day proves that the serious data breach has occurred and private Information of members such as date of birth, address, passport, medicare card and license details has been leaked, which raise a serious concern about identity theft.NRNAA Member should be allowed to remove such sensitive information from NRNAA database or cancel their membership assuring their sensitive data without further due.

The petition will be handed over to NRNA Australia executive committee, NRNA ICC and NRNA Australia Election commission 2019-2021. To make positive change to this community organisation, make it credible, transparent for every member and make every Nepalese residing in Australia proud of it.
