Now it is time for action at the Public Hearing: Novato City has released the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the project and is getting ready to move it forward for the final up-or-down vote. At their next meeting, the Planning Commission will consider certification (approval) of the FEIR and approval of the project entitlements at this public hearing. Please join us and submit a short written comment within 3 hours of the meeting, or give a public comment in person to oppose the new gas station in Novato. Just follow the link and instructions in the  agenda  for their meeting, item #F.1.
