Nova Skin is a one of a kind resource pack creator because you can draw directly on an entity making it extremely easy to re texture mobs but the resource pack editor stopped updating in 1.10. Now in 1.13 with new mobs it would be awesome to update this tool but they seem to just be working on Minecraft wallpapers now. I have looked and can't find anything like this.
