PLEASE READ & SHARE — THESE DOGS DESERVE A CHANCE 🐾

This is Georgia (2 years old) and Nova (9 years old).

They are not dangerous dogs. They are family.

These dogs have traveled across the country with their owner and have never had a single incident. No history of aggression. No prior bites. They are loved, trained, and part of their home.

A heartbreaking situation recently occurred. While the owner was outside, a friend’s child entered the home after being told multiple times not to. The dogs were loose inside their own home, where they have always lived. The child was bitten when the dogs reacted instinctively while protecting their space.

At the time, the child’s parents were supposed to be supervising but were not present. Despite this, the responsibility has been placed entirely on the homeowners and their dogs, rather than where proper supervision failed.

The owner immediately complied with all court recommendations:

• $400 paid to the family

• $800 in fines paid

• Dogs microchipped

• Dogs spayed

• Outdoor kennel installed

• Multiple “Beware of Dog” signs posted

Every requirement was fully completed.

Even after doing everything asked, the owner has now received notice that she has 10 days to surrender both dogs to authorities.

These dogs were in their own home.

They had no prior incidents.

Their owner followed every rule.

She is appealing — because these dogs deserve due process, fairness, and a chance to live.

We are asking for awareness, support, and prayers as this appeal moves forward. This situation raises serious concerns about fairness and consistency, especially in a small-town system where outcomes can feel influenced by connections rather than facts.

We are urging the authorities to reconsider their decision and explore alternative solutions such as behavioral assessments by experts, or rehabilitation programs.

Please help save these dogs by signing this petition.

Together, let's advocate for a humane approach, and a fair chance.
