To the Student Body and the USG:

We are not just petitioning for a resignation; we are demanding the enforcement of the 2023 University Student Government Constitution.

The Governor and her officers are in direct violation of the Supreme Law of the Student Body.

1. Violation of the Preamble: Failure to Uphold "Respect and Unity" The Constitution mandates that the Student Government must "foster bonds of community strengthened by fairness, respect and unity" and "instill values of integrity."
   • The Breach: By mocking constituents online ("Superiority at its finest") and engaging in shouting matches backstage, the Governor and her officers has actively destroyed the unity of the college and brought disgrace to the office.
2. Gross Neglect of Duty (The Safety Crisis): The primary duty of the Governor is the welfare of her constituents.
   • The Breach: The collapse of 100 students and the suffocation of participants by smoke machines constitute Gross Neglect of Duty. Failure to secure adequate medical and safety protocols is an impeachable offense.
3. Abuse of Authority (The "Clearance" & "Summons" Threats)
   • The Breach: Threatening to hold Academic Clearances over sports results (Maro) and summoning JPIA/ECOSOC Officers to the Dean’s Office to silence dissent creates a chilling effect on student rights. This is a weaponization of power that the Constitution was designed to prevent.

To President Dador and the Judiciary: You have the Formal Complaint. You have the 200+ Signatures. You now have the Constitutional Basis. Uphold the Constitution. Initiate the Impeachment Trial.
