Active-Duty Uniform Members: Active police officers are legally restricted from participating in public political advocacy, grassroots campaigns, or signing petitions.
Please do not sign this document using official titles, badges, or active uniform credentials. We fully respect and uphold the necessity of absolute police neutrality.
Institutional Impartiality: This petition operates independently of any specific police service. It is a grassroots community initiative focused on systemic advocacy and survivor safety.

We openly welcome signatures and support from the public, including:
- Retired Service Members: Former law enforcement professionals operating as private citizens.

- Legal Professionals & Students: Individuals navigating and advocating within the justice system.
