Hi everyone! Thank you for your continued support on the proposed implementation of Article 4 in Norwich. The city cabinet is meeting on the 14th September. It is likely this will go to a full consultation over the coming months. At UEASU we will be representing students and the community as we take every avenue possible to stop any article 4 direction being implemented in Norwich. In the meantime we need your help in making our case stronger- turn up to Norwich Council on the 14th September at 5.00pm to make Councillors aware they can’t implement Article 4 without considering their residents. We will have a banner and information with our stance on the issue to give out. We are also working with groups including the Norfolk People Assembly to show solidarity across the community against these proposals.
