Change the new road layout at Laverock Road, Blyth before someone is killed!

The layout for the new roundabout on the Laverock Road is appalling, a single lane road changes into two lanes 20/30 yards before the roundabout, on the roundabout the two lanes are both marked to go forward, the inside lane is also marked for turning right into the new housing estate!
On leaving the roundabout all traffic from the two lanes are forced back into a single lane within 20/30 yards, the speed limit at this point is 50 mph and traffic struggle to filter into one lane...many have been seen to be forced onto the red tarmac area!
The layout of the road is very dangerous, the two lanes leading out of Blyth twist and turn and they are not easy to negotiate, they are misleading to local people or strangers, it is impossible for large vehicles, buses or Articulated Vehicles to stay in any one lane and if any other vehicle uses the lane next to these vehicles there is bound to be an accident!
The cambers of the road do not appear to be correct...the road seems to lie at different angles...is this safe or will loads on some vehicles move?
Two lanes are unnecessary on this roundabout, why do we need two lanes for such a short length of road? It is misleading as many drivers appear to think they are entering a two lane road, not realising it is going to change 20/30 yards past the roundabout!
Why do we need the kerb line to twist and turn the way it does making it impossible for many vehicles to stay in the lane?
Surely it would be safer for everyone to make the road as straight as possible!
