Sand City has shown itself to be a wildly successful and popular local business, bringing visitors from across Long Island and beyond to Northport Village to experience all it has to offer. They are an asset to the local economy, and an important cultural addition to Northport. The Village should work with, not against, the owners of Sand City to address any reasonable concerns they may have, while allowing the continued operation of the brewery and tasting room.
