Currently, because of section 37A in the NT Anti Discrimination Act, religious schools in the NT can legally sack a gardener, a cook, an admin worker, or a teacher based on sexuality. 
 
This is not allowed in any other workplace in the NT - it is time for LGBTQI Territorians to be able to work in all NT workplaces without the fear of being sacked for who they are. 
 
Territorians should be employed based on their ability to do the job not on their sexuality. 
 
The NT Labor government needs to support all workers across the Territory and remove section 37A from the Anti-Discrimination Act.
