Do you feel - as a tax payer, the expense to bring back this service is justified by:
The purchase of additional and/or new RDC Cars and any upgrades or repairs required;
The cost to upgrade the rail traffic control and grade crossing protection track circuits for the RDC units;
The cost to rehabilitate the stretch of track from Sudbury to Sault Ste. Marie;
The cost to upgrade train stations and/or build new ones along these routes;
The additional cost to pay staff to maintain and attend these stations;
The cost to create "junction" stations where the RDC connector service can integrate with North/South and East West Trains: Winnipeg, White River, Sudbury Junction, North Bay?
