We, alumni of Northeastern University, stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza, and support the Northeastern students who have established a solidarity encampment with the following concrete demands:

• Disclose: Northeastern fully disclose all financial investments and endowment holdings.
• Divest: Northeastern fully divest from Israel and war-profiteering corporations that are fueling the ongoing genocide in Gaza. This includes endowment investments, professional collaborations, research partnerships, co-op partnerships, and study abroad programs.
• Denounce: Northeastern denounce Israel's genocide in Palestine and call for an immediate ceasefire, an end to the Israeli occupation, and a free Palestine.

Furthermore, we demand that Northeastern not use police force against any of the activists and that Northeastern not "discipline" any students for their involvement with these protests. Any charges brought against organizers should be dropped. The use of police to intimidate peaceful protestors is not acceptable.

Until Northeastern agrees to fulfill these demands, we pledge to never give to the University. President Aoun and the Northeastern administration will be made aware of this petition, so please sign, show your support, and forward to your fellow alumni.
