The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) wants to disappear Horseshoe Lake. NEORSD wants to turn it into a kind of Shaker Lakes Nature Center #2. A couple streams. A natural habitat. Cool? NOT cool. We've got enough streams in the Heights.

We need Horseshoe Lake. It's the "Central Park" of the Heights.

We, the undersigned, want the powers-that-be to know that a vast majority of folks in the Heights (and let's not forget South Euclid, Lyndhurst and East Cleveland, and wherever) want Horseshoe Lake to be a lake.

We humans are native species, too. Kind of.
